The Battery on the Waterway homes were first built in 2012, however, many new homes and lots have been built and developed since that time, all of which are either waterfront or have water views. Homes range from $600,000 to $900,000 on the water with prices as low as $300,000 for second row/view homes. Lots start at around $160,000.
Most of the waterfront homes are 3-story mansions with elevators, pools, theatre rooms, outdoor and multiple fireplaces and luxurious interiors. Homes in The Battery on the Waterway often sell for asking price due to the amount amenities and upgrades, but when compared to similar neighborhoods and homes, the prices are still quite reasonable!
