Originally built in 1997, with sections built in 2000 and 2007, The Sandcastle South is an oceanfront high-rise resort located on the south end of Myrtle Beach.  As is the case with many Myrtle Beach hotels, The Sandcastle South was converted to condos from the classic hotel room offering efficiency units under 400 square feet to full one-bedroom units up to 600 square feet.  Each condo offers magnificent, direct oceanfront views from every balcony.  Prices range from the low $60,000’s to just over $100,000.  Most condos have been renovated and upgraded.
